Quick question. I've never had to handle this before:
Say I have 2 Desktop PC's in the house. And I want them to both have real IP addresses, (not from router)

Obviously the first thing I have to do is purchase an additional address from ISP. Okay.

Now for the actual network, can it still remain as
Wall > Modem > Router >>PC1 & PC2

or do I need 2 modems?

*** Sidenote, I visited my sister, her boyfriend has MW2 on PC, so I hopped on to give it a whirl, and see how it compared to the PS3. To begin with, there were only 52,000 players online. Which boggled my mind. Is that correct or was it a router issue? Because PS3 has a minimum of 300,000 but I've seen it around 500,000-600,000 before. Anyway, so I played 1 game, and right from the beginning we had a megahacker with every hack possible enabled. Like one of those ones Stryke was talking about... The PC hacking has gotten so bad I think I might be taking a break for a couple of years from PC gaming. I think I might stick to the PS3, event hough it's not as fun, it kinda makes up for it by having 0 hackers.

We should get an .xd clan going on console!
