I was able to get it to work once by changing either the AA or texture detail but wasn't able to get the glow to show up again. You are also supposed to be able to see your Scottish Resistance sticky bombs through walls the same way and detonate them which would be VERY helpful.

Arsenic was showing Stryke that he could see it through the building, which I guess is something some people do see and some people don't.
